We aim to empower people by embracing diversity in order to increase productivity and engagement in organisations.
As trained teachers who have worked across different sectors, we believe that each person brings different strengths to a role. With a little guidance, managers and organisations can engage their staff more effectively by taking a strengths-based approach.
We've seen firsthand how young people feel more comfortable learning and developing their weaknesses when their strengths are noticed and celebrated.
Adults are no different. We aim to take some of the teacher tricks of the trade beyond the classroom.
Co-founder & Director
Since completing my Master of Teaching from the University of Melbourne, I have worked in the government and private sectors. Having extensive international experience in South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and the UK, I have a deep love of learning about other cultures and finding common ground.
Within education and training, I have taught diverse students across all age ranges, from primary school through to adults, both in Australia and overseas. As a teacher, my aim was to bring out the best in my students by working to their individual strengths.
All my experiences have highlighted how embracing diversity can create a more cohesive culture, for better health and productivity for all involved. With a strong interest in positive psychology, I aim to help make this happen one client at a time!

I’m a passionate and collaborative person who loves learning. As a qualified teacher and trainer, I have always been fascinated with how people learn, particularly those with learning differences. I’ve taught all ages, from primary students to adults and I have extensive experience teaching and training people on the Autism Spectrum, both professionally and personally. It is because of this, I prefer individualised teaching methods, rather than the one-size-fits all approach.
Now, in the corporate world, I still enjoy working with diverse learners and building cohesive teams. My aim is to bring some of the fundamentals of teaching into the workplace so employees are both more engaged and productive.
An idealist at heart, I keep imagining a world where every person has the opportunity to reach their learning and development potential. Considering people spend more time at school and work than at home, this is a challenging task that I believe is very possible and a challenge I’m readily accepting!
I am also an Accredited Mental Health First Aider.
